I teach a fun, feel-good mix of Classical & Contemporary Pilates, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga & Yin Yoga

OUR EVENTS

Our lovely clients are at the heart of our wonderful Pilates & yoga community, in fact they are the reason we even have this great community! Sometimes we want more than just rushing in and out of a class once a week. Once in a while we want the chance to slow down, to connect with the people in our class, share a drink together, laugh at something other than the silly thing we did in class! Our events give us this time and opportunity.
